(Ministry of Defence) (Amendment) Order 2010
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 2 of the Fees Act, the Minister for Finance hereby makes the following Order:
Citation and commencement
1.  This Order may be cited as the Fees (Ministry of Defence) (Amendment) Order 2010 and shall come into operation on 16th April 2010.
Amendment of Schedule
2.  The Schedule to the Fees (Ministry of Defence) Order 2010 (G.N. No. S 193/2010) is amended by deleting “$3” in the second column of item 10 and substituting “$15”.

Made this 14th day of April 2010.
