Legal Profession (Prescribed Fees)
(Amendment) Rules 2011
In exercise of the powers conferred on us by section 135 of the Legal Profession Act, we, the Rules Committee, hereby make the following Rules:
Citation and commencement
1.  These Rules may be cited as the Legal Profession (Prescribed Fees) (Amendment) Rules 2011 and shall come into operation on 3rd May 2011.
Amendment of Schedule
2.  The Schedule to the Legal Profession (Prescribed Fees) Rules (R 12) is amended —
(a)by deleting “21(7)” in item 1 and substituting “15(7)”; and
(b)by deleting “24(5)” in item 2 and substituting “16(3)”.
