Immigration (Immigration Depot)
Notification 2018
In exercise of the powers conferred by the definition of “immigration depot” in section 2(1) of the Immigration Act, the Controller of Immigration makes the following Notification:
Citation and commencement
1.  This Notification is the Immigration (Immigration Depot) Notification 2018 and comes into operation on 25 April 2018.
Designation of immigration depot
2.  The Controller of Immigration designates Pasir Panjang Terminal Gate 3, 3 Harbour Drive, Singapore 117404 as an immigration depot for the examination, inspection or detention of persons under the Act.
