Patents (Amendment No. 2) Rules 1996
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 115 of the Patents Act, the Minister for Law hereby makes the following Rules:
1.  These Rules may be cited as the Patents (Amendment No. 2) Rules 1996 and shall come into operation on 1st June 1996.
2.  The First Schedule to the Patents Rules (R 1) is amended by deleting the following words:
“
“For every quarter of an hour
1”,
”,
in item 27(b) and (c) and substituting in each case the following words:
“
“For every half an hour
2”.
”.
