Fees (Ministry of Health) (Amendment) Order 2000

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 2 of the Fees Act, the Minister for Finance hereby makes the following Order:

Citation and commencement

1. This Order may be cited as the Fees (Ministry of Health) (Amendment) Order 2000 and shall come into operation on 2nd May 2000.

Amendment of paragraph 2

2. Paragraph 2 of the Fees (Ministry of Health) Order (O 45) is amended —

(a)	by deleting “$500” in sub-paragraph (a) and substituting “$600”; and
(b)	by deleting “$375” in sub-paragraph (b) and substituting “$400”. [G.N. No.S 297/96]
