Infectious Diseases
(Notification of Infectious Diseases)
(Amendment) Regulations 2018
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 73(1) of the Infectious Diseases Act, the Minister for Health makes the following Regulations:
Citation and commencement
1.  These Regulations are the Infectious Diseases (Notification of Infectious Diseases) (Amendment) Regulations 2018 and come into operation on 27 April 2018.
Amendment of Schedule
2.  The Schedule to the Infectious Diseases (Notification of Infectious Diseases) Regulations 2008 (G.N. No. S 612/2008) is amended —
(a)by inserting, immediately after item 6 of Part 1, the following item:
“6A.  Diphtheria”;
(b)by inserting, immediately after item 7 of Part 1, the following item:
“7A.  Haemophilus Influenzae Type b (Hib) Disease”; and
(c)by deleting items 7 and 10 of Part 2.
