(Chapter 70)
Customs (Authorised Piers and Places for Import by Sea) (Amendment) Regulations 2006
In exercise of the powers conferred by sections 31 and 143 of the Customs Act, the Minister for Finance hereby makes the following Regulations:
Citation and commencement
1.—(1)  These Regulations may be cited as the Customs (Authorised Piers and Places for Import by Sea) (Amendment) Regulations 2006 and shall, with the exception of regulation 2(a), be deemed to have come into operation on 1st April 2006.
(2)  Regulation 2(a) shall be deemed to have come into operation on 1st April 2003.
Amendment of regulation 2
2.  Regulation 2 of the Customs (Authorised Piers and Places for Import by Sea) Regulations (Rg 6) is amended —
(a)by deleting sub-paragraph (iv) of paragraph (b) and substituting the following sub-paragraph:
“(iv)Harbourfront Centre, 1 Maritime Square;”; and
(b)by deleting sub-paragraph (vii) of paragraph (b) and substituting the following sub-paragraph:
“(vii)Marina South Pier, 31 Marina Coastal Drive; and”.
