(COVID-19 Access Restrictions and Clearance)
(Amendment No. 7) Regulations 2022
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 73(1) of the Infectious Diseases Act 1976, the Minister for Health makes the following Regulations:
Citation and commencement
1.  These Regulations are the Infectious Diseases (COVID-19 Access Restrictions and Clearance) (Amendment No. 7) Regulations 2022 and come into operation on 29 March 2022.
Amendment of regulation 2
2.  Regulation 2(1) of the Infectious Diseases (COVID‑19 Access Restrictions and Clearance) Regulations 2021 (G.N. No. S 273/2021) (called in these Regulations the principal Regulations) is amended by deleting the definition of “funerary memorial event”.
Amendment of regulation 3
3.  Regulation 3 of the principal Regulations is amended —
(a)by deleting the words “, (3A) and (3B)” in paragraph (1) and substituting the words “and (3A)”; and
(b)by deleting paragraph (3B).
Amendment of Part 1 of Second Schedule
4.  Part 1 of the Second Schedule to the principal Regulations is amended —
(a)by deleting item 10A; and
(b)by inserting, immediately after item 20, the following item:
21.Any premises or place where an education business is conducted and where any customer taking lessons, coaching or instruction engages or is likely to engage in unmasked singing or playing a wind musical instrument.
The time the premises or place is open for the education business.

Amendment of Part 2 of Second Schedule
5.  Paragraph 1 of Part 2 of the Second Schedule to the principal Regulations is amended —
(a)by deleting the words “and “funerary memorial event” have the respective meanings” in the definitions of “funeral event” and “funerary memorial event” and substituting the words “has the meaning”; and
(b)by deleting the words “, funeral event or funerary memorial event” in paragraph (a) of the definition of “religious gathering” and substituting the words “or funeral event”.
