(Amendment) Regulations 2024
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 505 of the Copyright Act 2021, the Minister for Law makes the following Regulations:
Citation and commencement
1.  These Regulations are the Copyright (Amendment) Regulations 2024 and come into operation on 29 March 2024.
Amendment of regulation 76
2.  In the Copyright Regulations 2021 (G.N. No. S 882/2021), in regulation 76 —
(a)in paragraph (2), after “information about the designated representative”, insert “(including any change to the information)”; and
(b)after paragraph (3), insert —
“(3A)  The NSP must pay to IPOS a fee of $32 when it provides the information to IPOS under paragraph (3)(b).”.
