(Chapter 70)
Customs (Offices and Stations) (Amendment) Regulations 2006
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 143(1)(d) of the Customs Act, the Minister for Finance hereby makes the following Regulations:
Citation and commencement
1.—(1)  These Regulations may be cited as the Customs (Offices and Stations) (Amendment) Regulations 2006 and shall, with the exception of regulation 2(a), be deemed to have come into operation on 1st April 2006.
(2)  Regulation 2(a) shall be deemed to have come into operation on 1st April 2003.
Amendment of regulation 2
2.  Regulation 2 of the Customs (Offices and Stations) Regulations (Rg 7) is amended —
(a)by deleting item (20) and substituting the following item:
“(20)  Harbourfront Centre, 1 Maritime Square;”; and
(b)by deleting item (25) and substituting the following item:
“(25)  Marina South Pier, 31 Marina Coastal Drive;”.
