(Chapter 107)
Films (Fees) (Amendment) Regulations 2008
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 41 of the Films Act, the Minister for Information, Communications and the Arts hereby makes the following Regulations:
Citation and commencement
1.  These Regulations may be cited as the Films (Fees) (Amendment) Regulations 2008 and shall come into operation on 28th April 2008.
Amendment of Schedule
2.  The Schedule to the Films (Fees) Regulations (Rg 2) is amended —
(a)by inserting, immediately after paragraph (e) of item (5), the following paragraphs:
“
(f) video game within 6 to 10 days
 
$50.
(g) video game within 1 to 5 days
 
$200.
”; and
(b)by deleting the words “or video disc” in item (6) and substituting the words “, video disc or video game”.
