Children Development Co-Savings
(Part-Time Employees) (Amendment)
Regulations 2011
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 20 of the Children Development Co-Savings Act, the Minister for Community Development, Youth and Sports hereby makes the following Regulations:
Citation and commencement
1.  These Regulations may be cited as the Children Development Co-Savings (Part-Time Employees) (Amendment) Regulations 2011 and shall come into operation on 1st May 2011.
Miscellaneous amendments
2.  The Children Development Co-Savings (Part-Time Employees) Regulations 2008 (G.N. No. S 548/2008) are amended by deleting the word “Children” in regulations 1 and 3(a) and (b) and substituting in each case the word “Child”.
