Notification 2018

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 24 of the Common Gaming Houses Act, the Minister for Home Affairs makes the following Notification:

Citation

1. This Notification is the Common Gaming Houses (Exemption) (Amendment No. 2) Notification 2018.

Amendment of paragraph 2

2. Paragraph 2(1) of the Common Gaming Houses (Exemption) (No. 19) Notification 2018 (G.N. No. S 208/2018) is amended by deleting the words “10 p.m.” in sub‑paragraph (b) and substituting the words “9 p.m.”.
