Housing Developers (Control and Licensing) (Exemption from Section 9) (Cancellation) Notification 1996

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 28 of the Housing Developers (Control and Licensing) Act, the Minister for National Development hereby makes the following Notification:

1. This Notification may be cited as the Housing Developers (Control and Licensing) (Exemption from section 9) (Cancellation) Notification 1996 and shall come into operation on 19th January 1996.

2. The Housing Developers (Control and Licensing) (Exemption from section 9) Notification is cancelled.
