(Commencement) Notification 2018
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 1 of the Active Mobility Act 2017, the Minister for Transport makes the following Notification:
1.  This Notification is the Active Mobility Act 2017 (Commencement) Notification 2018.
2.  Section 70(1)(b) and (2) of the Active Mobility Act 2017 comes into operation on 15 January 2018.
