Judicial Service
(Threshold Grade) Notification 2022
In exercise of the powers conferred by Article 111I(3)(a) of the Constitution of the Republic of Singapore, the President, on the advice of the Prime Minister, makes the following Notification:
Citation and commencement
1.  This Notification is the Judicial Service (Threshold Grade) Notification 2022 and comes into operation on 14 January 2022.
Threshold grade in Singapore Judicial Service
2.  For the purposes of Article 111I(2)(b) of the Constitution, the threshold grade in the Singapore Judicial Service is Grade 2.
