| Citation and commencement |
| 1. This Order may be cited as the Income Tax (Approved Banks) (No. 2) Order 2005 and shall be deemed to have come into operation on 19th March 2005. |
| Approved bank |
| 2. Credit Agricole (Suisse) SA is hereby approved as an “approved bank” for the purposes of section 13(1)(t) of the Act. |
| Revocation |
| 3. The Income Tax (Approved Banks) (No. 6) Order 2003 (G.N. No. S 570/2003) is revoked. |
