Sewerage and Drainage (Composition of
Offences) (Amendment No. 2) Regulations 2018

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 74 of the Sewerage and Drainage Act, the Public Utilities Board, with the approval of the Minister for the Environment and Water Resources, makes the following Regulations:

Citation and commencement

1.—(1) These Regulations are the Sewerage and Drainage (Composition of Offences) (Amendment No. 2) Regulations 2018 and, except for regulation 2(b), come into operation on 1 May 2018.

(2) Regulation 2(b) is deemed to have come into operation on 1 April 2018.

Amendment of regulation 2

2. Regulation 2 of the Sewerage and Drainage (Composition of Offences) Regulations (Rg 6) is amended —

(a)	by inserting, immediately after “35(2),” in paragraph (a), “36(6),”; and
(b)	by inserting, immediately after the words “Sanitary Works” in paragraph (b), the words “and Sewerage Works”.
