(Administrative Penalties)
(Amendment) Regulations 2022
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 139 of the Employment Act 1968, the Minister for Manpower makes the following Regulations:
Citation and commencement
1.  These Regulations are the Employment (Administrative Penalties) (Amendment) Regulations 2022 and come into operation on 1 April 2022.
Amendment of regulation 3
2.  Regulation 3(4) of the Employment (Administrative Penalties) (Amendment) Regulations 2016 (G.N. No. S 149/2016) is amended by deleting the words “originating summons” and substituting the words “originating application”.
