(Chapter 1)
Delegation of Powers (Ministry of National Development) Notification 2000
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 36(1) of the Interpretation Act, the Minister for National Development hereby makes the following Notification:
Citation and commencement
1.  This Notification may be cited as the Delegation of Powers (Ministry of National Development) Notification 2000 and shall come into operation on 8th May 2000.
Delegation of powers
2.  The Minister for National Development, with the approval of the President, hereby deputes the Minister of State, Ministry of National Development, to exercise the powers of the Minister under rule 16 (1) and (2) of the Housing and Development (Polling for Upgrading Works) Rules (Cap. 129, R 7).

Made this 2nd day of May 2000.
