Common Gaming Houses (Exemption) (No. 5) Notification 2004
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 24 of the Common Gaming Houses Act, the Minister for Home Affairs hereby makes the following Notification:
Citation
1.  This Notification may be cited as the Common Gaming Houses (Exemption) (No. 5) Notification 2004.
Exemption
2.—(1)  The Minister hereby exempts Magical Events (S) Pte Ltd from the provisions of the Act in respect of the Seven Card Stud World Poker Championship 2004 (Singapore) to be held from 25th July 2004 to 29th July 2004 (both dates inclusive).
(2)  The exemption is subject to compliance by Magical Events (S) Pte Ltd with the conditions stated in the letter of approval dated 21st April 2004.
