Poisons (Amendment No. 4) Rules 1996

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 20(1) of the Poisons Act, the Minister for Health hereby makes the following Rules:

1. These Rules may be cited as the Poisons (Amendment No. 4) Rules 1996 and shall come into operation on 1st July 1996.

2. Rule 14C of the Poisons Rules is amended by deleting “0.5%” in the fifth line and substituting “0.3%”.
