Appointment of Licensing Officer

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 3 of the Sand and Granite Quarries Act, the Minister for National Development hereby appoints the Director, Business Development Division, Building and Construction Authority, to be the Licensing Officer for the purposes of the Act, with effect from 26th May 1999.

2. Notification No. N 1 is cancelled.
