Newspaper and Printing Presses (Exemption) (Amendment) Order 2006

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 44 (1)(b)(ii) of the Newspaper and Printing Presses Act, the Minister for Information, Communications and the Arts hereby makes the following Order:

Citation and commencement

1. This Order may be cited as the Newspaper and Printing Presses (Exemption) (Amendment) Order 2006 and shall come into operation on 21st April 2006.

Amendment of paragraph 2

2. Paragraph 2 of the Newspaper and Printing Presses (Exemption) Order 2006 (G.N. No. S 15/2006) is amended by deleting the words “David Jeffs Enterprises” wherever they appear in sub-paragraphs (1) and (2) and substituting in each case the words “DJE Newspapers”.
