Central Provident Fund
(Nominations and Nominee Accounts)
(Amendment) Regulations 2015

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 77(1)(m) of the Central Provident Fund Act, the Minister for Manpower, after consulting with the Central Provident Fund Board, makes the following Regulations:

Citation and commencement

1. These Regulations may be cited as the Central Provident Fund (Nominations and Nominee Accounts) (Amendment) Regulations 2015 and come into operation on 24 April 2015.

Amendment of regulation 4

2. Regulation 4 of the Central Provident Fund (Nominations and Nominee Accounts) Regulations 2012 (G.N. No. S 41/2012) is amended —

(a)	by inserting the word “and” at the end of paragraph (2)(c)(ii);
(b)	by deleting the word “; and” at the end of paragraph (2)(d) and substituting a full‑stop;
(c)	by deleting sub‑paragraph (e) of paragraph (2); and
(d)	by deleting paragraph (3).
