Constitution of the Republic of Singapore (Responsibility of the Minister for Finance) (Amendment) Notification 2005

Variation of Responsibility of Minister for Finance

It is hereby notified for general information that, pursuant to Article 30(1) of the Constitution of the Republic of Singapore, the Prime Minister has varied, with effect from 1st April 2005, the Constitution of the Republic of Singapore (Responsibility of the Minister for Finance) Notification 2004 (G.N. No. S 536/2004) by deleting paragraph 2 and substituting the following paragraph:

“Responsibility of Second Minister for Finance

2. It is hereby notified for general information that, pursuant to Article 30(1) of the Constitution of the Republic of Singapore, the Prime Minister has directed that Mr Raymond Lim Siang Keat, Second Minister for Finance, shall, with effect from 1st April 2005, be charged, as an alternate to the Minister for Finance, with the responsibility for the departments and subjects set out in the Schedule.”.

3. This Notification may be cited as the Constitution of the Republic of Singapore (Responsibility of the Minister for Finance) (Amendment) Notification 2005.
