Banking (Inducement to Use Credit Card or Charge Card for Purchase of Residential Property) (Amendment) Regulations 2007

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 78(2) of the Banking Act, the Monetary Authority of Singapore hereby makes the following Regulations:

Citation and commencement

1. These Regulations may be cited as the Banking (Inducement to Use Credit Card or Charge Card for Purchase of Residential Property) (Amendment) Regulations 2007 and shall come into operation on 11th June 2007.

Amendment of regulation 2

2. Regulation 2 of the Banking (Inducement to Use Credit Card or Charge Card for Purchase of Residential Property) Regulations (Rg 4) is amended by deleting the definition of “credit card” or “charge card”.
