Casino Control (Designated First Site) (Amendment) Order 2010

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 2(2) of the Casino Control Act, the Minister for Home Affairs hereby makes the following Order:

Citation

1. This Order may be cited as the Casino Control (Designated First Site) (Amendment) Order 2010.

Amendment of paragraph 2

2. Paragraph 2 of the Casino Control (Designated First Site) Order 2006 (G.N. No. S 501/2006) is amended by deleting the following words:

“along Bayfront Avenue as shown delineated and marked on the Land Parcel Plan (Guide Plan No. B1.1C-C) in the Schedule, comprising —

“(a)	Parcel A1;
(b)	a stratum of subterranean space in Parcel A2, Parcel A3, Parcel A4 and Parcel A5;
(c)	a stratum of air space in Parcel A6;
(d)	strata of air and subterranean space in Parcel A7; and
(e)	part of the foreshore and sea-bed in Parcel AW1 and Parcel AW2,”.

and substituting the words

“as shown delineated and marked on the Land Parcel Plan in the Schedule, comprised in Town Subdivision 30 in —

“(a)	Lot numbers 341W, 342V, 343P, 344T, 357P, 347N, 348X and 349L;
(b)	the airspace in Lot numbers 70008M, 70009W, 70010C and 70011M; and
(c)	the subterranean space in Lot numbers 80022X, 80023L, 80024C, 80025M, 80026W and 80027V,”.

Deletion and substitution of Schedule

3. The Schedule to the Casino Control (Designated First Site) Order 2006 is deleted and the following Schedule substituted therefor:

“THE SCHEDULE

Paragraph 2

”.
