(Amendment of First Schedule) (No. 2)
Order 2025

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 38(a) of the Terrorism (Suppression of Financing) Act 2002, the Minister for Home Affairs makes the following Order:

Citation and commencement

1. This Order is the Terrorism (Suppression of Financing) Act 2002 (Amendment of First Schedule) (No. 2) Order 2025 and comes into operation on 2 April 2025.

Amendment of First Schedule

2. In the Terrorism (Suppression of Financing) Act 2002, in the First Schedule, in paragraph 2 —

(a)

delete sub‑paragraph (zh);

(b)

in sub-paragraph (zx), replace the full‑stop at the end with a semi‑colon; and

(c)

after sub‑paragraph (zx), insert —

“(zy)

Nick Lee Xing Qiu (Singapore citizen) (Date of Birth: 8 August 2006).”.
