(Forms, Certificates and Fees)
(Amendment) Regulations 2017
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 82 of the Merchant Shipping (Maritime Labour Convention) Act 2014, the Maritime and Port Authority of Singapore, with the approval of the Minister for Transport, makes the following Regulations:
Citation and commencement
1.  These Regulations are the Merchant Shipping (Maritime Labour Convention) (Forms, Certificates and Fees) (Amendment) Regulations 2017 and come into operation on 18 January 2017.
Amendment of First Schedule
2.  The First Schedule to the Merchant Shipping (Maritime Labour Convention) (Forms, Certificates and Fees) Regulations 2014 (G.N. No. S 176/2014) is amended —
(a)by inserting, immediately after item 14 of Part I, the following items:
“
15.Financial security for repatriation (Regulation 2.5) ………..…………
16.Financial security relating to shipowners’ liability (Regulation 4.2) ………………………………………………………
”; and
(b)by inserting, immediately after item 14 of Part II, the following items:

15.Financial security for repatriation (Regulation 2.5)
