Variation of Responsibility of Minister for National Development
It is hereby notified for general information that, pursuant to Article 30(1) of the Constitution of the Republic of Singapore, the Prime Minister has varied, with effect from 30th April 2010, the Schedule to the Constitution of the Republic of Singapore (Responsibility of the Minister for National Development) Notification 2006 (G.N. No. S 314/2006) by inserting, immediately below the words “Strata Titles Boards.” under the heading “ Departments/Statutory Bodies”, the words “Street and Building Names Board.”.

2.  This Notification may be cited as the Constitution of the Republic of Singapore (Responsibility of the Minister for National Development) (Amendment) Notification 2010.
