Police Force (Charges for Services of Police Officers) (Amendment) Notification 2003

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 77(2)(a) of the Police Force Act, the Commissioner of Police hereby makes the following Notification:

Citation and commencement

1. This Notification may be cited as the Police Force (Charges for Services of Police Officers) (Amendment) Notification 2003 and shall come into operation on 15th May 2003.

Amendment of paragraph 2

2. Paragraph 2 of the Police Force (Charges for Services of Police Officers) Notification (N 3) is amended by deleting sub-paragraph (2) and substituting the following sub-paragraph:

“(2) The following rates of charges shall be payable for the services of officers of the Gurkha Contingent employed by the Monetary Authority of Singapore:

Rate per month (for cases where the total number of duty hours per officer per location for a month is less than 191 hours)
