Protected Areas
(Amendment) Order 2012
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 4(1) of the Protected Areas and Protected Places Act, the Minister for Home Affairs hereby makes the following Order:
Citation and commencement
1.  This Order may be cited as the Protected Areas (Amendment) Order 2012 and shall come into operation on 30th May 2012.
Amendment of Schedule
2.  The Schedule to the Protected Areas (No. 8) Order 2003 (G.N. No. S 327/2003) is amended by deleting the words “Managing Director of PowerSeraya Ltd” in the first column and substituting the words “Chief Executive Officer, YTL PowerSeraya Pte Ltd”.
