Constitution of the Republic of Singapore
Legal Service (Personnel Boards) (Amendment) Order 2008
In exercise of the powers conferred by Article 111AA(1), (2) and (8) of the Constitution of the Republic of Singapore, the President, on the advice of the Prime Minister, hereby makes the following Order:
Citation and commencement
1.  This Order may be cited as the Legal Service (Personnel Boards) (Amendment) Order 2008 and shall come into operation on 1st May 2008.
Amendment of Schedule
2.  The Schedule to the Legal Service (Personnel Boards) Order 2007 (G.N. No. S 654/2007) is amended —
(a)by inserting, immediately after the name “Chief Justice Chan Sek Keong” in the second column of item 1, the name “Prof Walter Woon Cheong Ming” as member;
(b)by deleting the name of the Chairman “Justice Lee Seiu Kin” in the second column of item 2 and substituting the name “Prof Walter Woon Cheong Ming”; and
(c)by deleting the name of the member “Prof Woon Cheong Ming Walter” in the second column of item 2 and substituting the name “Justice Lee Seiu Kin”.
