Parking Places (Urban Redevelopment Authority) (Amendment No. 3) Order 1999

In exercise of the powers conferred by sections 4 and 9 of the Parking Places Act, the Minister for Communications hereby makes the following Order:

Citation and commencement

1. This Order may be cited as the Parking Places (Urban Redevelopment Authority) (Amendment No. 3) Order 1999 and shall come into operation on 1st June 1999.

Amendment of Schedule

2. The following provisions of the Schedule to the Parking Places (Urban Redevelopment Authority) Order (G.N. No. S 275/97) under the heading Parking Places set out in the first column are amended in the manner set out in the second column thereof:

Insert, immediately after item (176), the following items:

“(177) Happy Avenue North, Happy Avenue East, Happy Avenue West, Happy Avenue Central, Paya Lebar Street and Lorong Paya Lebar.

(178) Service Road off Macpherson Road and delineated in Plan 313.

(179) Area off Stagmont Ring and delineated in Plan 285.”.
