Gas Act
(CHAPTER 116A)
Gas Act (Commencement) Notification 2007
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 1 of the Gas Act, the Minister for Trade and Industry hereby makes the following Notification:
1.  This Notification may be cited as the Gas Act (Commencement) Notification 2007.
2.  The following provisions of the Gas Act shall come into operation on 11th June 2007:
Sections 3(3)(a), (b), (c), (d), (f) and (g) and (6), 8, 9, 10, 14 to 18, 21, 24, 27, 28, 30, 31, 36, 38, 40 to 44, 47, 48, 53, 54, 58, 59, 60, 61, 64 to 68, 86, 92, 96 and 97.
Made this 5th day of June 2007.
