Responsibility of Minister, Prime Minister’s Office
It is notified for general information that, pursuant to Article 30(1) of the Constitution of the Republic of Singapore, the Prime Minister has directed that, with effect from 9 April 2015, Mr Chan Chun Sing is charged with the responsibility for —
(a)advising the Prime Minister on matters relating to the maintenance of industrial peace, the productivity of Singapore’s workforce, and the well‑being and welfare of workers; and
(b)discharging such other duties as the Prime Minister may assign,
and designated as the Minister, Prime Minister’s Office.
Citation
2.  This Notification may be cited as the Constitution of the Republic of Singapore (Responsibility of the Minister, Prime Minister’s Office) Notification 2015.
Cancellation
3.  The Constitution of the Republic of Singapore (Responsibility of the Minister, Prime Minister’s Office) Notification 2011 (G.N. No. S 296/2011) is cancelled, with effect from 4 May 2015.
