Road Traffic (Expressways — Excluded Vehicles)
(Amendment) Rules 2018

In exercise of the powers conferred by sections 114A(1) and 140 of the Road Traffic Act, the Minister for Transport makes the following Rules:

Citation and commencement

1. These Rules are the Road Traffic (Expressways — Excluded Vehicles) (Amendment) Rules 2018 and come into operation on 1 May 2018.

Amendment of First Schedule

2. The First Schedule to the Road Traffic (Expressways — Excluded Vehicles) Rules 2010 (G.N. No. S 647/2010) is amended by inserting, immediately after item 1, the following item:

“1A. Power-assisted bicycles.”.
