Spam Control Act (Commencement) Notification 2007
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 1 of the Spam Control Act 2007, the Minister for Information, Communications and the Arts hereby makes the following Notification:
1.  This Notification may be cited as the Spam Control Act (Commencement) Notification 2007.
2.  The Spam Control Act 2007 shall come into operation on 15th June 2007.
