(Amendment No. 3) Order 2022

In exercise of the powers conferred by Article 110D(1) and (2) of the Constitution of the Republic of Singapore, the President, on the advice of Mr Chan Chun Sing, who is charged with the responsibility for public sector personnel and personnel‑development policies, makes the following Order:

Citation and commencement

1.—(1) This Order is the Public Service (Special and Senior Personnel Boards) (Amendment No. 3) Order 2022 and, except for paragraph 2(2), comes into operation on 1 April 2022.

(2) Paragraph 2(2) comes into operation on 15 April 2022.

Amendment of Schedule

2.—(1) In the Schedule to the Public Service (Special and Senior Personnel Boards) Order 2010 (G.N. No. S 824/2010) —

(a)	in item 2, in the third column, delete the name “BG (NS) Chee Wee Kiong”;
(b)	in item 4, in the third column, delete the name “Ms Yong Ying‑I”; and
(c)	in item 6, in the third column, delete the name “Mr Wong Siew Hoong”.

(2) In the Schedule to the Public Service (Special and Senior Personnel Boards) Order 2010 —

(a)

in item 2, in the third column, delete the name “Mr Ng Chee Khern”;

(b)

in item 2, in the third column, after the name “Ms Lai Wei Lin”, insert —

“Mr Albert Chua

Mr Joseph Leong Weng Keong”;

(c)

in item 4, in the third column, delete the names “Mr Albert Chua” and “Mr Chew Hock Yong”;

(d)

in item 4, in the third column, after the name “Ms Teoh Zsin Woon”, insert —

“Mr Ng Chee Khern

Mr Chng Kai Fong

Ms Lim Wan Yong”;

(e)

in item 5, in the third column, delete the names “Mr Joseph Leong Weng Keong” and “Ms Lai Wei Lin”;

(f)

in item 5, in the third column, after the name “Ms Tan Li Ching, Jill”, insert “Mr Loh Khum Yean”; and

(g)

in item 6, in the third column, after the name “Ms Lim Wan Yong”, insert “Mdm Liew Wei Li”.
