(Commencement) Notification 2000

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 1 of the Multi-Level Marketing and Pyramid Selling (Prohibition) (Amendment) Act 2000, the Minister for Trade and Industry hereby makes the following Notification:

1. This Notification may be cited as the Multi-Level Marketing and Pyramid Selling (Prohibition) (Amendment) Act (Commencement) Notification 2000.

2. The Multi-Level Marketing and Pyramid Selling (Prohibition) (Amendment) Act 2000 shall come into operation on 1st June 2000.
