Maintenance of Parents Act

Maintenance of Parents Act (Commencement) Notification 1996
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 1 of the Maintenance of Parents Act, the Minister for Community Development hereby makes the following Notification:
1.  This Notification may be cited as the Maintenance of Parents Act (Commencement) Notification 1996.
2.  The Maintenance of Parents Act shall come into operation on Ist June 1996.
