Constitution of the Republic of Singapore (Responsibility of the Minister for Communications and Information Technology) Notification 1999

Responsibility of Minister for Communications and Information Technology

It is hereby notified for general information that in pursuance of Article 30 of the Constitution of the Republic of Singapore, the Prime Minister has directed that Mr Yeo Cheow Tong shall, with effect from 3rd June 1999, be charged with the responsibility for the departments and subjects set out in the Schedule and shall be designated as the Minister for Communications and Information Technology.

Citation

2. This Notification may be cited as the Constitution of the Republic of Singapore (Responsibility of the Minister for Communications and Information Technology) Notification 1999.

Cancellation

3. The Constitution of the Republic of Singapore (Responsibility of the Minister for Communications) Notification 1997 (G.N. No. S 54/97) is cancelled.
