Immigration (Amendment) Regulations 1996

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 55(1) of the Immigration Act, the Minister for Home Affairs hereby makes the following Regulations:

1. These Regulations may be cited as the Immigration (Amendment) Regulations 1996 and shall come into operation on 19th January 1996.

2. The First Schedule to the Immigration Regulations is amended by deleting Form 18 and substituting the following Form:
