(Amendment No. 2)
Regulations 2012
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 143(1) of the Customs Act, the Minister for Finance hereby makes the following Regulations:
Citation and commencement
1.  These Regulations may be cited as the Customs (Amendment No. 2) Regulations 2012 and shall come into operation on 1st February 2012.
Amendment of regulation 7
2.  Regulation 7 of the Customs Regulations (Rg 2) is amended by deleting paragraph (4).
