In exercise of the powers conferred by section 1 of the Courts (Civil and Criminal Justice) Reform Act 2021, the Minister for Law makes the following Notification:

1. This Notification is the Courts (Civil and Criminal Justice) Reform Act 2021 (Commencement) Notification 2022.

2. Subject to paragraph 3, the Courts (Civil and Criminal Justice) Reform Act 2021, except sections 3(2), 10, 29, 56(2), 69(b), 74, 75, 96, 106, 126, 129(e), 132, 157(a), (c) and (d), 193(f), 211, 219(d), 221(a), (b) and (c), 225 and 227, comes into operation on 1 April 2022 at 12.00 a.m.

3. Section 174(d) of the Courts (Civil and Criminal Justice) Reform Act 2021 comes into operation on 1 April 2022 at 12.01 a.m.
