Singapore Productivity and Standards Board (Certification Marks) Notification 1997

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 7(1)(j) of the Singapore Productivity and Standards Board Act, the Singapore Productivity and Standards Board hereby makes the following Notification:

Citation and commencement

1. This Notification may be cited as the Singapore Productivity and Standards Board (Certification Marks) Notification 1997 and shall come into operation on 23rd May 1997.

Certification marks

2.—(1) The Singapore Quality Mark set out in Part I of the Schedule shall be a certification mark of the Board.

(2) The PSB Test Mark set out in Part II of the Schedule shall be a certification mark of the Board.
