Chemical Weapons (Prohibition) Act
(Commencement) Notification 2000
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 1 of the Chemical Weapons (Prohibition) Act 2000, the Minister for Foreign Affairs hereby makes the following Notification:
1.  This Notification may be cited as the Chemical Weapons (Prohibition) Act (Commencement) Notification 2000.
2.  The Chemical Weapons (Prohibition) Act 2000 shall come into operation on 1st June 2000.
