Parking Places (Surcharge) (Closure of Parking Lots Scheme) (Revocation) Rules 2005

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 9 of the Parking Places (Surcharge) Act, the Minister for Transport hereby makes the following Rules:

Citation and commencement

1. These Rules may be cited as the Parking Places (Surcharge) (Closure of Parking Lots Scheme) (Revocation) Rules 2005 and shall come into operation on 15th April 2005.

Revocation

2. The Parking Places (Surcharge) (Closure of Parking Lots Scheme) Rules 1998 (G.N. No. S 278/1998) are revoked.
