(Chapter 62)
Co-operative Societies (Exemption under Section 97) Order 2010
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 97 of the Co-operative Societies Act, the Minister for Community Development, Youth and Sports hereby makes the following Order:
Citation and commencement
1.  This Order may be cited as the Co-operative Societies (Exemption under Section 97) Order 2010 and shall come into operation on 3rd May 2010.
Exemption
2.  The following societies are exempted from section 57(3) of the Act for a period of 3 years beginning on 3rd May 2010:
(a)NTUC First Campus Co-operative Limited;
(b)NTUC Healthcare Co-operative Limited;
(c)NTUC Investment Co-operative Limited;
(d)NTUC Thrift and Loan Co-operative Limited;
(e)NTUC Choice Homes Co-operative Limited.
